Privacy policy

Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

BTS-Bilinski Turbinen Service GmbH, Mittelweg 2, 17091 Tützpatz, Germany

Phone: +49 173 9116603 · E-mail: info@bts-windservice.de

Represented by the managing directors. A data protection officer is not required by law in our case.

2. General principles

This website is a purely static website. It sets no cookies, embeds no external fonts, maps or analytics services and loads no content from third-party servers while you are simply browsing. All images, fonts, stylesheets and scripts are delivered from our own server.

A connection to a service provider is only established when you submit the contact form (see section 4). Browsing the website is possible without providing any personal data.

3. Hosting and server log files

When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically stores information transmitted by your browser in so-called server log files:

This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free and secure operation of the website. Log files are generally deleted after 30 days at the latest.

Hosting provider: [enter the name and address of your hosting provider here]. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

  • browser type and version
  • operating system used
  • referrer URL
  • host name of the accessing device
  • time of the server request
  • IP address

4. Contact by e-mail, telephone or contact form

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process your details solely in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.

For the contact form we use the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, operated by Zunoy LLC). When you submit the form, the data you entered – name, company, e-mail address, telephone number and your message – is transmitted to FormSubmit, which delivers it as an e-mail to info@bts-windservice.de. Your IP address is processed in the course of this. Transfer to countries outside the EU cannot be ruled out.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a simple way to get in touch). If you would like to avoid this transfer, you can always e-mail us directly at info@bts-windservice.de or call us on +49 173 9116603.

We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of processing, subject to statutory retention periods.

5. Applications

If you send us an application, we process the data submitted in order to carry out the application procedure (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, section 26 BDSG). If we are unable to offer you a position, we will delete your documents no later than six months after the procedure has been completed, unless you have consented to longer storage.

6. Local storage in your browser

So that the website can show your most recently selected language on your next visit, this selection is stored in your browser's local storage. It is a purely technical value (for example “en”) that our server does not receive and that you can delete at any time in your browser settings. The legal basis is section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

7. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser address bar changes from “http://” to “https://”.

8. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

An informal message to info@bts-windservice.de is sufficient to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in our case the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

  • right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

9. Status

This privacy policy is dated August 2026. Changes to our website or to legal requirements may make an update necessary.
